We provide invaluable support to our clients by conducting comprehensive labor market analyses within their respective industries. Due to our continuous success and expansion, we are currently seeking ambitious graduates and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team at our Banja Luka location as a

(Senior) Consultant – International Recruiting (m/f/d)

We will provide you with intensive training for this role over a period of 6 months

Afterwards, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing the market of professionals and executives in Germany, Austria, other EU countries, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, and other countries on platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Stepstone, Indeed, etc., as well as through search engines in German and English
• Analyzing data, processing it, and sharing it with our clients
• Collecting data, processing it, and sharing it by conducting direct interviews with potential candidates of our clients in both German and English
• Providing data to hiring managers at our clients in both languages

For this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, engineering, information technology, psychology, or equivalent professional training with at least two years of experience in HR management or market analysis
• Strong analytical skills
• High level of extroversion and communication skills
• Excellent German – written and spoken
• Excellent English – written and spoken
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
